Of course it's important to take care of yourself year-round, but why not use this season of love and thankfulness to start showing yourself some care?
In most cases, out "go-to" relaxation before bed is screen time...spending an hour, or more with the TV on or with our phone in our face. But we all know that that's not healthy for us. Yet, it has become a habit for us, and one that is hard for us to break. It's a bad habit for myself as well.
